1. Taraflar ve kabul

Bu koşullar, Kerem Kaya (“Hedian”, “biz”) ile Hedian uygulamasını kullanan kişi (“siz”) arasındaki sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı indirerek, hesap açarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Hizmet nedir

Hedian, siz bir sosyal medya gönderisinin bağlantısını yapıştırdığınızda o gönderiyi sizin adınıza analiz eder ve size özel bir açıklama üretir: terim sözlüğü ekler, sorularınızı yanıtlar ve tümünü hesabınızda saklar.

Hedian bir sosyal medya platformu değildir: başkalarının kayıtlarını göremezsiniz, keşif akışı yoktur, içerik yayınlayamazsınız. Gördüğünüz tek şey kendi kaydettiklerinizdir.

3. Hesap

Uygulamayı kullanmak için bir hesap gerekir. Giriş yolları cihazınıza göre değişir ve giriş ekranında hangileri varsa onlar geçerlidir: Apple ile giriş (yalnızca Apple cihazlarda), Google ile giriş veya e-posta adresiniz ve parolanız. E-posta ile hesap açarken adresinize gönderilen tek kullanımlık kod yalnızca adresi doğrulamak ve parolanızı unuttuğunuzda sıfırlamak için kullanılır; içeri giren anahtar parolanızdır.
Parolanızı biz görmeyiz. Parolanız kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcımızın tarafında geri çevrilemez bir özet olarak saklanır. Apple ya da Google ile giriyorsanız hiç parola oluşmaz.
Bu nedenle hesabınızın güvenliği, parolanızın ve giriş için kullandığınız Apple ya da Google hesabınızın ve e-posta kutunuzun güvenliğine bağlıdır; hepsinin korunmasından siz sorumlusunuz.
13 yaşından küçükseniz (Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda 16) uygulamayı kullanamazsınız.

4. İçerik ve sorumluluğunuz

Yapıştırdığınız bağlantılardaki içerik size ait değildir; sahibine aittir. Uygulamayı kullanırken:

Yalnızca yasal olarak erişebildiğiniz, kamuya açık içeriklerin bağlantısını yapıştıracağınızı,
Kaynak platformun kendi kullanım koşullarına uyacağınızı,
Üretilen açıklamaları kişisel kullanımınız için kullanacağınızı, kaynağa atıf vermeden yeniden yayınlamayacağınızı

kabul edersiniz. Yapıştırdığınız içeriğin hukuka uygunluğundan siz sorumlusunuz.

Yasak kullanımlar

Toplu veri kazıma, otomatik istek gönderme, hız sınırlarını aşmaya çalışma
Hizmeti tersine mühendislik yapma, kaynak koda erişmeye çalışma
Başkasının hesabına erişmeye çalışma veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşma
Üretilen açıklamaları toplayıp rakip bir veri kümesi veya ürün oluşturma
Hukuka aykırı, zararlı ya da başkasının haklarını ihlal eden içerik işletme

5. Yapay zeka çıktısı: önemli uyarı

Açıklamalar, sözlükler ve cevaplar yapay zeka tarafından üretilir ve hatalı olabilir. Hedian bu çıktıların doğruluğu, eksiksizliği veya güncelliği konusunda hiçbir garanti vermez. Her kayıtta kaynağa geri bağlantı bulunur; önemli bir karar vermeden önce asıl içeriği kontrol edin.

Hedian çıktıları tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya profesyonel tavsiye değildir. Bu alanlarda bir uzmana danışın.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

Kaynak içerik sahibine aittir; Hedian üzerinde hak iddia etmez ve içeriği yeniden barındırmaz.
Sizin için üretilen açıklama hesabınıza bağlıdır ve kişisel kullanımınız için size lisanslanır.
Uygulamanın kendisi Hedian'a aittir: arayüzü, kodu, markası ve tasarımı.

Telif hakkı ihlali bildirimi

Bir içeriğin hak sahibiyseniz ve ondan türetilmiş analizin kaldırılmasını istiyorsanız info@hedian.app adresine içeriğin bağlantısını ve hak sahipliğinizi belirten bir bildirim gönderin. İçerikten türetilen her şey kaynağın bağlantısı üzerinden bulunabilir ve kaldırılır.

7. Ücret ve limitler

Uygulamanın ücretsiz bir kademesi vardır; hesabınızı açtığınızda hiçbir ödeme yapmadan bu kademeden başlarsınız. Bunun yanında ücretli abonelikler sunulur. Güncel kademeler, her birinin hakları ve fiyatları uygulama içinde Ayarlar → Planlar ekranında görünür.
Abonelikler uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağaza üzerinden satılır — iPhone'da App Store, Android'de Google Play. Ödemeyi mağaza tahsil eder; ödeme bilgileriniz bize hiç ulaşmaz. Fiyatı, para birimini ve vergiyi mağaza belirlediği için tutar ülkeye göre değişebilir.
Abonelikler aylık veya yıllık olur ve seçtiğiniz döneme göre kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenilemeyi durdurmak için mağazanızın abonelik ayarlarını kullanın: iPhone'da Ayarlar → Apple Hesabı → Abonelikler, Android'de Google Play → profil resminiz → Ödemeler ve abonelikler. Uygulamadaki “Aboneliği yönet” bağlantısı doğru olana götürür. İptal dönemin sonunda yürürlüğe girer: ödediğiniz dönem boyunca erişiminiz sürer, sonrasında hesabınız ücretsiz kademeye döner.
Kademe değiştirmek mağazanın kurallarına tabidir: üst kademeye geçiş hemen, alt kademeye geçiş ve aylık/yıllık değişimi mevcut dönem bitince yürürlüğe girer. Aradaki ücret farkını mağaza hesaplar, biz hesaplamayız. İki mağazanın orantılı ücretlendirme kuralları birebir aynı değildir; hangi tutarın yansıtılacağını mağazanız belirler.
İade talepleri mağazaya yapılır (Apple ya da Google). Satış mağaza üzerinden gerçekleştiği için iadeyi biz veremeyiz. Mağaza bir iadeyi onaylarsa erişim ücretsiz kademeye döner. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
Hizmetin maliyeti olduğu için kullanım limitleri uygulanır: kademenize göre aylık kayıt ve soru hakkınız, işleyebileceğiniz içeriğin süresi ve belirli sürelerde gönderebileceğiniz istek sayısı sınırlıdır. Limite takılırsanız uygulama bunu açıkça söyler.
Limitleri aşmaya yönelik sistematik girişimler hesabın askıya alınmasına yol açabilir.

8. Hizmetin sürekliliği

Hedian, kaynak platformlardan içerik alabilmeye ve üçüncü taraf yapay zeka sağlayıcılarına bağımlıdır. Bu bağımlılıklar nedeniyle hizmet kesintisiz olmayabilir. Hizmeti önceden bildirimde bulunarak değiştirebilir, kısıtlayabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

9. Hesabın kapatılması

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabımı sil yolundan silebilirsiniz. İşlem iki kez sorulur ve geri alınamaz.
Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Abonelik mağazanın tarafında durur ve oradan iptal edilmediği sürece yenilenmeye devam eder. Silmeden önce mağazanızın abonelik ayarlarından iptal edin; adım adım anlatımı hesap silme sayfasında bulabilirsiniz.
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.

10. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde Hedian; dolaylı zararlardan, kâr kaybından, veri kaybından veya yapay zeka çıktısına dayanılarak alınan kararlardan sorumlu değildir. Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Bu sınırlama, tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar değişirse yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir; esaslı değişikliklerde uygulama içinden bilgilendirilirsiniz. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz kabul anlamına gelir.

12. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketiciyseniz, kendi yerleşim yerinizdeki tüketici hakem heyetine ve mahkemelere başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms form an agreement between Kerem Kaya (“Hedian”, “we”) and you. By downloading, creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. What the service is

When you paste the link to a social media post, Hedian analyses that post on your behalf and produces an explanation written for you: it adds a glossary, answers your questions, and keeps all of it in your account.

Hedian is not a social platform: you cannot see anyone else's threads, there is no discovery feed, and you cannot publish content. The only thing you see is what you saved.

3. Your account

Using the app requires an account. Which ways in are available depends on your device, and the sign-in screen shows the ones that apply: Sign in with Apple (on Apple devices only), Sign in with Google, or your email address and a password. When you create an account with email, the one-time code sent to your address is used only to confirm that address and to reset your password if you forget it; the key that gets you in is your password.
We never see your password. It is stored as an irreversible hash by our authentication provider. If you sign in with Apple or Google, no password is created at all.
Because of that, the security of your account depends on the security of your password and of the Apple or Google account and the email inbox you sign in with. Protecting all of them is your responsibility.
You may not use the app if you are under 13 (under 16 in the European Economic Area).

4. Content and your responsibility

The content behind the links you paste is not yours. It belongs to its owner. By using the app you agree that:

You will only paste links to content you are lawfully able to access and that is publicly available;
You will comply with the source platform's own terms;
You will use the generated explanations for your personal use and will not republish them without attribution to the source.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you paste.

Prohibited uses

Bulk scraping, automated request generation, or attempting to exceed rate limits
Reverse engineering the service or attempting to access source code
Attempting to access another user's account or bypass security controls
Collecting generated explanations to build a competing dataset or product
Processing unlawful or harmful content, or content that infringes others' rights

5. AI output: important notice

Explanations, glossaries and answers are generated by AI and may be wrong. Hedian makes no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Every thread keeps a link back to the source, so check the original before acting on anything important.

Hedian output is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional in those areas.

6. Intellectual property

Source content belongs to its owner; Hedian claims no rights over it and does not re-host it.
The explanation generated for you is tied to your account and licensed to you for personal use.
The app itself belongs to Hedian: its interface, code, brand and design.

Copyright notice and takedown

If you own content and want analysis derived from it removed, email info@hedian.app with the content's link and a statement of your ownership. Everything derived from a source can be found via its link and will be removed.

7. Fees and limits

The app has a free tier: once you create your account you start there, without paying anything. Alongside it we offer paid subscriptions. The current tiers, what each one allows and their prices are shown in the app under Settings → Plans.
Subscriptions are sold through the store you downloaded the app from — the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android. The store collects the payment; your payment details never reach us. The store sets the price, currency and tax, so the amount can differ by country.
Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew automatically for the period you chose. To stop renewal, use your store's subscription settings: on iPhone, Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions. The “Manage subscription” link in the app takes you to the right one. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period: you keep access for the period you paid for, after which your account returns to the free tier.
Changing tier follows the store's rules: moving up takes effect right away, while moving down and switching between monthly and yearly take effect when your current period ends. The store calculates any difference in price, we do not. The two stores do not handle proration identically; what gets credited is decided by your store.
Refund requests go to the store (Apple or Google). Because the sale happens through the store, we cannot issue refunds. If the store grants one, access returns to the free tier. Your rights under consumer law are reserved.
Because the service has real costs, usage limits apply: depending on your tier, your monthly threads and questions, the length of content you can process and the number of requests in a given period are capped. If you hit a limit the app says so plainly.
Systematic attempts to circumvent limits may lead to suspension.

8. Availability

Hedian depends on being able to fetch content from source platforms and on third-party AI providers. Because of those dependencies the service may be interrupted. We may change, restrict or discontinue the service with prior notice.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete my account. You are asked twice and it cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. The subscription lives on the store's side and keeps renewing until it is cancelled there. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings before you delete; the account deletion page walks through it.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hedian is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or decisions made in reliance on AI output. The service is provided “as is”. This limitation does not remove rights you have under consumer law.

11. Changes

If these terms change, the date above is updated and you are told in the app about material changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and courts at your place of residence is reserved.
