Hedian hesabını silme

Bu sayfa Hedian uygulaması içindir. Uygulamayı yayınlayan geliştirici Kerem Kaya'dır. Hesabını ve hesabına bağlı verileri silmenin iki yolu var; ikisi de aşağıda anlatılıyor.

1. Uygulamadan silme (en hızlı yol)

Hedian telefonundaysa silme işlemi anında tamamlanır, kimseyi beklemen gerekmez:

Hedian'ı aç ve hesabınla giriş yap.
Alt çubuktan Ayarlar sekmesine git.
Hesap bölümünde adının ve e-posta adresinin yazdığı karta dokun.
Sayfanın altındaki “Hesabımı sil” düğmesine dokun.
Çıkan kutuda “Her şeyi sil”, ardından son onayda “Evet, sil” de.

Hesabın ve aşağıda sayılan verilerin o anda silinir.

2. Uygulama olmadan silme talebi

Uygulamayı kaldırdıysan, telefonuna erişemiyorsan ya da hesabına giremiyorsan silme talebini e-postayla iletebilirsin:

info@hedian.app adresine yaz.
Konuya “Hesap silme talebi” yaz.
Mesajı, Hedian hesabını açtığın e-posta adresinden gönder. Apple ya da Google ile giriş yaptıysan o hesabın adresinden yazman yeterli.

Talebi aldığımızı sana bildiririz ve hesabı sileriz. Bu yol en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlanır; uygulamadan silmek ise anında biter.

Kimlik teyidi için yalnızca talebin hesabın kendi adresinden geldiğini kontrol ederiz. Başka bir belge istemeyiz.

3. Silmeden önce: aboneliğini iptal et

Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Ücretli bir planın varsa abonelik mağazanın tarafında yaşar ve orada iptal edilene kadar yenilenmeye devam eder. Ücreti mağaza tahsil ettiği için iptali biz yapamayız.

Android: Google Play uygulaması → profil resmin → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → Hedian → Aboneliği iptal et.
iPhone: Ayarlar → Apple Hesabı → Abonelikler → Hedian → Aboneliği iptal et.

İptal ettikten sonra hesabını silebilirsin.

4. Ne siliniyor

Silme işlemi geri alınamaz ve şunların hepsini kapsar:

Hesabın: kullanıcı kimliğin, e-posta adresin, giriş yöntemin ve varsa parolan.
Kayıtların: yapıştırdığın bağlantılar, senin için üretilen açıklamalar, başlıklar, maddeler, terim sözlükleri, önerilen sorular, notların ve etiketlerin.
Sorularının tamamı ve onlara verilen cevaplar.
Klasörlerin ve düzenin.
Profilin: görünen adın, dil ve seviye tercihlerin, belirttiysen ne iş yaptığın.
Haftalık özetlerin.
Kullanım sayaçların ve plan kaydın.

Apple ile giriş yaptıysan silme sırasında Apple'a da haber verilir ve uygulamanın Apple hesabınla bağlantısı orada da iptal edilir.

5. Ne kalıyor ve neden

Paylaşılan içerik analizi. Bir gönderiyi ilk kez yapıştırdığında ondan çıkarılan analiz (başlık, süre, konuşma metni) senin hesabına değil, gönderinin kendisine bağlı tutulur; aynı gönderiyi başka biri yapıştırdığında yeniden işlenmesin diye. Bu kayıtta senin kim olduğuna dair hiçbir şey yoktur ve hesabınla arasında bir bağ kurulmaz, bu yüzden hesap silindiğinde de durur. Sorduğun sorular buraya asla karışmaz; onlar yalnızca sana bağlıdır ve hesapla birlikte silinir.

Maliyet defteri. Yapay zekâ çağrılarının maliyetini tutan kayıtlarda hesap bağı koparılır, satırın kendisi muhasebe için kalır. Bu satırlar model adı, işlenen birim sayısı ve tutardan ibarettir; hiçbir metin içermez.

Silinen kimliğin özeti. Hesabın silindiğinde giriş kimliğinin geri çevrilemez bir özeti (SHA-256) ve silme tarihi 30 gün saklanır. Sebebi tek: hesap açıp silerek ücretsiz hakkı sınırsız yenileme döngüsünü engellemek. Bu özetten kimliğin geri üretilemez, kimseyle paylaşılmaz ve 30 gün dolunca silinir.

6. Sildikten sonra

Geri dönüş yok. Silinen kayıtlar kurtarılamaz, bir yedekten geri getirilemez. Saklamak istediğin bir analiz varsa silmeden önce uygulamadaki dışa aktarma özelliğini kullan; bu özellik ücretli planlarda bulunur.
Aynı e-posta, Apple ya da Google hesabıyla yeni bir hesap açabilirsin, ama eski kayıtların o hesaba gelmez.
Yeni hesap ilk 24 saat boyunca analiz yapamaz ve soru soramaz. Bu, yukarıda anlatılan aç-sil döngüsüne karşı konmuş bir bekleme süresidir; süre dolunca hesap normal çalışır.

Deleting your Hedian account

This page is for the Hedian app, published by the developer Kerem Kaya. There are two ways to delete your account and the data attached to it. Both are described below.

1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)

If Hedian is on your phone, deletion completes immediately and you do not have to wait for anyone:

Open Hedian and sign in to your account.
Go to the Settings tab in the bottom bar.
Under Account, tap the card showing your name and email address.
Tap “Delete my account” at the bottom of the page.
Confirm with “Delete everything”, then “Yes, delete” on the final check.

Your account and the data listed below are erased at that moment.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you have uninstalled the app, cannot reach your phone, or cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email:

Write to info@hedian.app.
Use “Account deletion request” as the subject.
Send it from the email address your Hedian account uses. If you signed in with Apple or Google, writing from that account's address is enough.

We confirm that we received your request and delete the account. This route completes within 30 days at the latest; deleting from inside the app is instant.

The only identity check we make is that the request comes from the account's own address. We ask for no other document.

3. Before you delete: cancel your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you are on a paid plan, the subscription lives on the store's side and keeps renewing until it is cancelled there. Because the store collects the payment, we cannot cancel it for you.

Android: Google Play app → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Hedian → Cancel subscription.
iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Hedian → Cancel subscription.

Once it is cancelled, you can delete your account.

4. What gets deleted

Deletion cannot be undone and covers all of the following:

Your account: user id, email address, sign-in method and your password if you have one.
Your threads: the links you pasted, the explanations written for you, titles, key points, glossaries, suggested questions, your notes and tags.
Every question you asked and the answers to them.
Your folders and the way you organised them.
Your profile: display name, language and level preferences, and what you do for work if you told us.
Your weekly digests.
Your usage counters and plan record.

If you signed in with Apple, deletion also tells Apple to revoke the link, so the app stops appearing among the apps using your Apple ID.

5. What stays, and why

Shared content analysis. The first time a post is pasted, the analysis extracted from it (title, duration, transcript) is stored against the post itself, not against your account, so that the same post is not processed again for the next person. That record holds nothing about who you are and is never linked to your account, which is why it survives deletion. Your questions never enter it; they belong to you alone and are deleted with your account.

Cost ledger. In the records that track what AI calls cost, the link to your account is severed and the row itself remains for accounting. Those rows contain a model name, unit counts and an amount, and no text at all.

Hash of the deleted identity. When your account is deleted we keep an irreversible hash (SHA-256) of your sign-in identity and the deletion date for 30 days. The single reason is to stop the loop of creating and deleting accounts to renew the free allowance indefinitely. The identity cannot be reconstructed from it, it is shared with no one, and it is erased once the 30 days pass.

6. After deletion

There is no way back. Deleted threads cannot be recovered or restored from a backup. If there is an analysis you want to keep, use the app's export feature before you delete; export is available on paid plans.
You can create a new account with the same email, Apple or Google account, but your old threads will not come back with it.
A new account cannot run analyses or ask questions for the first 24 hours. This is the waiting period against the create-and-delete loop described above; after it passes the account works normally.
